Any private information received by The Ultimate Businessman WILL NOT be given out to anyone or any organization; It WILL NEVER be sold or distributed in any form, or for any purpose unless approved by the account holder. Therefore, client information collected by The Ultimate Businessman is the property of The Ultimate Businessman and is not shared with any third party, including merchants.

The Ultimate Businessman is dedicated to providing useful, relevant and valuable information to all its members. To do this, we may send you occasional e-mails. E-mails may be related to special game offers AND/OR breaking news about game options and features.

It is possible for a client to opt-out of receiving email from The Ultimate Businessman by clicking a "disable link" in any e-mail received; However, there is a minimum level of communication needed for a client to play effectively, so everyone with a The Ultimate Businessman account will receive a "Welcome" email, containing valuable account information, along with "Service Announcements".

If clients need to change their email addresses or any other account info, they should communicate with The game Admin.

Clients who lose their account login information may retrieve it via the "Forgot your Login" option found in the home page of the The Ultimate Businessman web site.

If an individual becomes aware that personal information we maintain about that individual is inaccurate, or if an individual would like to update or review his or her personal information, the individual may contact us using the contact information below.
